INTRODUCING
THE JUBILEE YEAR OF HOPE
Following the lead of Pope Francis in Rome on Christmas Eve, Bishop Battersby has officially initiated the Jubilee Year of Hope in our diocese.
As part of opening the Jubilee Year, Bishop Battersby issued a statement officially identifying places of pilgrimage for people of the diocese, which includes our own Church of the Resurrection. Other pilgrimage sites in the diocese include the Cathedral of St. Joseph the Workman in La Crosse, Sacred Heart Church in Eau Claire, Sacred Heart Church in Nekoosa and the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse.
Diocesan Jubilee events at Resurrection will include an evening of prayer on Sunday, Oct. 12. Watch for more information coming soon.
