LENT BOOK CLUB: Hope is the first autobiography in history ever to be published by a pope and was was published now to coincide with the Jubilee Year of Hope. As part of opening the Jubilee Year, Bishop Battersby issued a statement officially identifying places of pilgrimage for people of the diocese, which includes our own Church of the Resurrection. Other pilgrimage sites in the diocese include the Cathedral of St. Joseph the Workman in La Crosse, Sacred Heart Church in Eau Claire, Sacred Heart Church in Nekoosa and the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse.
